12.1 Termination by w3999. w3999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for regulatory compliance reasons. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the user, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
12.2 Termination by User. You may close your w3999 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, you will immediately lose access to the platform and all associated services. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
